In 2005, I founded INI Realty, Inc., as the first 100%-Plus commission office in Jacksonville. In 2008, due to our growing success, the company moved into its own office building. Today, INI Realty is a debt-free, family-owned, low-overhead company that operates as a member of various Realtor Associations throughout the State of Florida.
Compared to other offices, I treat my members equally as small business entities. I find it extremely unfair that, at other offices, the more you make, the more a broker takes. Why should your broker—who is supposed to have your best interests at heart—do that? That makes ZERO sense to me, which is why our members are able to earn more than 100% of their commission. (Click here for PROOF that this is for real and not just a marketing gimmick.) It's also why our 100%-Plus Residential Commission Programs apply regardless of sales price or sales volume.
Additionally, our members can conduct Commercial & Property Management transactions.
Compared to other offices, I also allow members the freedom to choose the tools for their success. Today's technology gives agents more independence, efficiency, and mobility than ever before. So why should a broker tell you what is best for your business? Or force you to depend on them for tools you can obtain yourself for far less cost? Again, that makes ZERO sense to me, which is why I give members the freedom to choose what works for them (and to work at the pace they desire). It is also why I focus on providing 365-day Broker & Legal support, because that is something agents actually need the most.
Overall, INI Realty, Inc., is truly one of the best brokerages out there. I am proud to provide such an amazing opportunity to Florida Real Estate agents for over 18 years and counting. Our success comes from more than just our commission programs—it comes from our transparent approach of treating our members the way that I would want to be treated.
At the end of the day, if my members succeed, then I succeed. That's exactly how it should be.
